What not to add to your Fat Burning Coffee
I never recommend adding butter to your coffee either! Despite the popularity of this among despite what the the keto Facebook people, bloggers and “certified keto meal planners” (by the way there is no such certification) that are pushing this idea of adding that many calories and fats to your coffee as a replacement meal his is not ta healthy or an educated form of keto. This form of coffee supplies very few nutrients and a whopping 400 or more calories! Butter coffee has ZERO fiber or protein, both of which are top recommendations as part of a breakfast that provides long-lasting satiety. I think this coffee trend is as serious as an 80 hair revival – and besides that who the heck wants to drink their breakfast instead of enjoying a truly GOOD healthy meal with their cup of joe in the morning?!?
- 1-2 cups coffee or tea
